Sweet Potato Noodles with Fish Maw, Bok Choy, Mushrooms and Chicken
(Mie Ubi dengan Hipio, Sawi Sendok, Jamur dan Ayam)

Note (Catatan): increase all ingredients proportionally if you want to make more.
(Anda dapat menambah kuantitas bahan-bahan secara proporsional bila ingin menambah porsinya)
Ingredients (Bahan-bahan):
• 150 gr mince chicken (ayam cincang)
• Black fungus according to your taste (jamur kuping sesuai selera)
• 35 gr fish maw (hipio), soak it with hot water and clean it. Then cut it as you wish (rendam menggunakan air panas dan bersihkan. Lalu potong-potong sesuai keinginan)
• 3 cloves of garlic (butir bawang putih)
• Dry sweet potato noodles, that have been soften by boiling them (mie ubi kering yang telah dilunakkan dengan cara direbus)
• Bok choy according to your taste. You can cut it into small pieces or big pieces (sawi sendok sesuai selera. Bisa dipotongi kecil-kecil atau besar-besar)
• Salt and pepper according to your taste (garam dan lada bubuk sesuai keinginan)
• 4 spring onions slice it thinly (helai daun bawang diiris tipis)
• 2 eggs (butir telur)
• 3 desert spoons of tapioca flour, can be added if needed (sendok makan tepung tapioka, bisa ditambahi bila perlu)
• 2 desert spoons of extra virgin olive oil (sendok makan minyak zaitun yang extra virgin)
• 600 ml of water (air)
Cooking method (Cara memasak):
Slice the garlic into small pieces and then fry it until the colour turns golden brown using a pot. (Iris bawang putih tipis-tipis dan goreng hingga kekuningan menggunakan panci.)
Put the fried garlic into a blender, add the chicken mince, eggs, salt and pepper. Then blend them together (Masukkan bawang putih goreng ke dalam blender beserta ayam cincang, telur, garam dan lada bubuk. Lalu blender semuanya.)
Place the blended chicken, eggs and garlic into a medium bowl and then add the spring onions and tapioca flour. You can add more salt and pepper if needed. (Masukkan ayam cincang, telur dan bawang putih yang telah diblender ke dalam mangkuk ukuran sedang, lalu tambahkan daun bawang dan tepung tapioka. Tambahkan garam dan lada bubuk bila perlu.)
Fill the pot that has garlic oil with water and then boil it. Add a little bit of salt and pepper. (Isi panci yang telah digunakan untuk menggoreng bawang putih dengan air dan didihkan. Beri sedikit garam dan lada bubuk.)
Take a small piece of the fish maw and stick the chicken mince, eggs and garlic dough on top of the fish maw. Then put it into the pot and let it boil. Do it until you use up all of the chicken mince, eggs and garlic dough. (Ambil sepotong hipio dan tempelkan adonan ayam, telur dan bawang putih di atasnya. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.)
Slice the black fungus and put them in the pot as well. You can add more salt and pepper according to your taste into the broth. (Potong jamur kupingnya dan masukkan ke dalam panci. Kuah dapat ditambahi garam dan lada bubuk sesuai keinginan.)
Bok choy and the sweet potato noodles can be added into the pot, when the cut fish maw with chicken mince are floating. Turn the heat off, when the bok choy is boiled (Sawi sendok dan mie ubinya dapat dimasukkan ke dalam panci ketika hipionya sudah mengambang. Matikan apinya, apabila sawi sendoknya sudah mendidih).
The food is ready.
