Prebiotic Fried White Button Mushrooms

 

Prebiotic Fried White Button Mushrooms 
(Jamur Kancing Putih Goreng Prebiotik)

Preparation & cooking time: 40 minutes 
(Waktu persiapan & memasak: 40 menit)

Serves (Porsi): 3

Note: if you want to make more, increase all ingredients proportionally.
(Bila ingin menambah porsinya, anda dapat menambah kuantitas bahan-bahan secara proporsional)

Ingredients (Bahan-Bahan):
  • a dessert spoon of minced garlic (1 sendok makan bawang putih cincang).
  • a tea spoon of chicken powder or mushroom powder (1 sendok teh bubuk ayam atau bubuk jamur).
  • a pinch of ground pepper (sejimpit lada bubuk).
  • a pinch of salt - optional (sejimpit garam - boleh dihilangkan).
  • 2 chicken eggs (2 butir telur ayam).
  • 2 dessert spoons of cassava flour (2 sendok makan tepung singkong).
  • a dessert spoon of tapioca flour (1 sendok makan tepung tapioka).
  • 7 white button mushrooms (7 buah jamur kancing putih).
  • White truffle extra virgin olive oil for frying (minyak zaitun yang extra virgin dengan rasa jamur truffle putih untuk menggoreng).

Cooking method (Cara memasak):

  • Dough for coating the mushrooms: mix all ingredients except the white button mushrooms (adonan tepung bumbu: campur semua bahan kecuali jamurnya).
  • Cut the white button mushrooms according to your taste (iris masing-masing jamur sesuai keinginan).
  • Coat each slice of mushroom with the dough (balur tiap potongan jamur dengan tepung bumbu).
  • Fry each coated mushroom until the colour changes to golden brown (goreng jamur yang telah dibaluri tepung bumbu hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan).
