Homemade Beef Sausage Filling

 

Isian Sosis Sapi Buatan Sendiri 


Preparation & cooking time: 50 minutes 

(Waktu persiapan & memasak: 50 menit)


Serves (Porsi): 10


Note: if you want to make more, increase all ingredients proportionally.

(Bila ingin menambah porsinya, anda dapat menambah kuantitas bahan-bahan secara proporsional)


Ingredients (Bahan-Bahan):

  • 250 gr minced beef (250 gr daging sapi cincang)
  • a dessert spoon of minced garlic (1 sendok makan bawang putih cincang).
  • 2 dessert spoons of minced onion (2 sendok makan bawang Bombay cincang)
  • a tea spoon of chicken/ beef/ mushroom powder (1 sendok teh kaldu ayam/ sapi/ jamur).
  • a pinch of ground pepper (sejimpit lada bubuk).
  • a pinch of salt - optional (sejimpit garam - boleh dihilangkan).
  • 1/2 mashed banana (1/2 pisang yang telah dihancurkan).
  • a pinch of dried oregano (sejimpit daun oregano cincang dan kering).
  • a pinch of dried basil (sejimpit daun kemangi cincang dan kering).
  • a dessert spoon of tapioca flour (1 sendok makan tepung tapioka).
  • a dessert spoon of minced carrot (1 sendok makan wortel cincang).
  • a desert spoon of extra virgin olive oil (1 sendok makan minyak zaitun yang extra virgin).

Cooking method (Cara memasak):
  • Fry the minced garlic until golden brown and then add the minced onion. Stir it until the onion wilted and then put them aside (Goreng bawang putih hingga kuning keemasan kemudian tambahkan bawang Bombay cincang. Aduk hingga bawang Bombay layu lalu diangkat)
  • Combine the minced beef and carrot in a bowl then mix them with garlic, onion, salt, pepper, chicken powder, banana, oregano, basil and oil. (Masukkan daging sapi dan wortel cincang di dalam mangkuk lalu campur dengan bawang putih, bawang bombay, garam, lada bubuk, kaldu ayam, pisang, daun oregano, daun kemangi dan minyak lalu aduk rata).
  • Put in the tapioca flour and stir it evenly (Masukkan tepung tapioka dan aduk rata).
  • Bake the sausage dough for about 20 minutes at 180°C (Panggang adonan sosis selama kurang lebih 20 menit dengan suhu 180°C).
